| Synopsis |
Tristan can solve all his problems by drilling a hole in his head. It's called Trepanation. Man's oldest surgical practice. A gruesome procedure designed to relieve pressure that will cure Tristan's crushing migraines and unlock his mind's limitless potential. It's also the price of admission into the Garden, a secretive home for runaways, and the only place Tristan has left to go. But surgery unlocks more than just Tristan's mental potential. It opens an entirely new world of promises and terror. And just when Tristan thinks he's regained control of life. Everything goes black.
